Eventually the Wanderers took the lead from a goal by Isaac Brown following up his original shot. Braunton FC had a chance to level but their shot went wide. In the second Half Braunton wanderers put more pressure on and the structure of the FC side fell a part, midfield stopped running back and  the defence were to open not close enough to the Wanderers players.
