Braunton 7 v 4 Bideford – 06/11/2011 – League
After last weeks second half performance I expected big things today game, but although the result was good it was a hard fought battle. 5 – 1 up at half time the thing to do was to hold on to the lead but we invited them in again and again and at 5 – 4 we were up against it but two goals at the end settled the nerves.
Chulmleigh 5 v 8 Braunton – 30/10/2011 – League
A tale of two halves, woeful in the first half 4 – 0 down at half time. Sublime second half with Bradley up front we totally swamped them, John in the middle was the catalyst to everything good that we created, but as the second half went on everybody played their part in a thrilling win.
Kilkhampton 0 v 9 Braunton – 16/10/2011 – League
Fantastic performance all round played for the full 60 minutes defiantly the best yet. Well done everyone.
Braunton 6 v 2 Eastside – 09/10/2011 – League
Excellent first half performance again. 5 – 0 at half time but again we sat back in the second half, if we can keep it going for 60 mins this could be a good season.
Barnstaple 7 v 2 Braunton – 02/10/2011 – League
Excellent performance for twenty mins before conceding two quick goals. Second half started well and at 2 – 2 we were in the game but once we went down that was it, poor finish.
Bideford 3 v 7 Braunton – 25/09/2011 – Cup
One minute gone, one goal down but from that moment on there was only one winner. Twenty very good minutes later we were 4-1 up and Bradley had a hattrick, solid defending its only the midfield that need to up their game, tired quickly.
Braunton 7 v 2 Appledore – 18/09/2011 – League
Appledore are much improved and gave us a real scare before we took control in the second half, going forward if we stay composed there is a lot more to come from this side.
Torridgeside 2 v 2 Braunton – 11/09/2011 – League
Dominated the game early on but with some last gasp defending they managed somehow to reduce us to just two goals, tired early on but deserved more, got to get used to this offside rule.
Braunton 26 v 0 Tarka – 04/09/2011 – League
In a one sided game both teams gained little from the result, must make sure this does not work against us in the future.
